What happens to your medical record
Your consultations are medical data, and they are subject to a statutory retention period. This means we cannot always erase everything straight away, even if you ask us to.
What we can do is tell you exactly which parts of your data will be deleted and which we are legally required to keep, and for how long. Just ask and we will put it in writing for you.
If you want to come back later
Please let us know before you register again. A deleted account may still hold on to your email address, which means a new registration with that same address will not go through. We will free it up.
