You can cancel a paid consultation as long as your dermatologist has not yet looked at it. You will not receive a cash refund, but a voucher for the amount you paid. This voucher does not expire and can be used for a future consultation.
If your dermatologist has already looked at your consultation
If your dermatologist has already assessed your photos and questionnaire, the assessment has already taken place. In that case, you can no longer cancel the consultation and you are no longer eligible for a voucher.

Not yet looked at: we convert the amount paid into a voucher.
Already looked at: the consultation can no longer be cancelled and you will not receive a voucher.
Do you get a cash refund?
We do not refund a cancelled consultation in cash. The only exception is a duplicate payment.
