Your national register number is the most important
Your prescription is linked to this number. If it is wrong, your pharmacy will not find your medication, even though it has been prescribed.
It is the most common cause of a prescription being "not on the eID".
If you started the consultation for someone else, the number must be that person's, not yours.
The other two that matter
Your date of birth. Your age plays a part in how your dermatologist assesses your complaint and in what they can prescribe. A wrong year is therefore worth having corrected before your file is reviewed.
Your delivery address, if you have ordered a product. Check your house number and box number, as that is what is missing most often.
Reporting early is easier
Before your dermatologist has reviewed your file, a correction is straightforward.
If a prescription has already been issued under a wrong number, it has to be done again and this takes longer. If you notice something now, report it now.
