You can find most of it yourself, and that is quicker than requesting it from us.
Your treatment plan
It stays in the Skindr app, even after your consultation has been closed. Open your consultation and you will find it among your dermatologist's messages. You can go back to it months later.
Your prescriptions
All your electronic prescriptions are on mijngezondheid.be, or on masante.belgique.be in French. You log in with itsme or your eID card reader.
There you can see which prescriptions are still open and how much treatment they cover. You can also print the barcode there. With that barcode, a pharmacy can carry on when it cannot find your prescription in its own system.
If your insurer needs something else
Some hospitalisation insurers do not accept screenshots as proof of your treatment. Let us know what exactly they ask for, and we will look at what is possible.
