Look up and print your prescription yourself

How to view and print your own prescriptions via mijngezondheid.be, and when that is the quickest route.

All your electronic prescriptions are available online, including those from Skindr. You can view and print them yourself, without us.

Where do you find your prescriptions?

  • Dutch: mijngezondheid.be

  • French: masante.belgique.be

You log in with itsme or your eID card reader. Next to each prescription there is a barcode.

What you can do there

You can see whether a prescription has arrived. That is the quickest way to find out whether your Skindr prescription is on your eID.

You print the barcode and take it with you. The pharmacy can then dispense straight away.

You can see how much treatment is still available. For a longer course, you can see how many prescriptions are still open and how many days they cover.

When this is the quickest route

Whenever your pharmacy says it cannot find your prescription. Checking yourself takes two minutes, and printing the barcode usually solves it on the spot. Read "My prescription is not on my eID".

It is also handy before you travel, because you can take a printed barcode with you.

You can also find your blood results yourself

Depending on where your blood was taken, you can usually find your results yourself via CoZo or Helena. This is handy when your dermatologist asked you to upload them. Read "Submitting blood or lab results".
