You do not need the app. Everything also works in your browser, at app.skindr.com. Click "Login" there and sign in with the email address of your account.
Same account, same file
Starting a consultation, uploading photos, reading your treatment plan and chatting with your dermatologist can all be done in your browser. You can switch between the app and your browser whenever you like.
When the browser is the better option
The app stays blank or does not open. The web app is then the quickest way to still reach your dermatologist.
You prefer working on a computer. Typing a long description is easier on a keyboard. Photos from a camera are also easier to upload there.
Someone is helping you. If a family member is helping you through it, a laptop screen is easier to share than a phone.
What the app does better
In the app, you can take photos and upload them directly in the chat. You also receive notifications on your phone, so you know straight away when your dermatologist has replied.
