Always upload your results to your consultation, never by email. We cannot process medical documents that arrive by email, because they do not end up in your file where your dermatologist can use them.
Three steps
Collect your results. You can usually find them yourself via CoZo or Helena, depending on where your blood was taken. Otherwise, you will get them from your GP or the lab. A PDF or a clear photo of the report both work.
Upload them to your consultation. Open your consultation and add them to the chat, just as you would add a photo. Read "How do you upload photos to your consultation?"
Say what you are sending. A line such as "blood results from 12 March, taken at my GP" helps your dermatologist to read them in the right context.
If your consultation has already been closed
This often happens, because lab results take time. If your dermatologist asked for your results, reopening costs nothing. Let us know and we will ask the medical team to reopen your consultation so that you can add them.
In the meantime, do not email the results. We cannot place them in your file from an email, so you would have to send them twice.
Are you waiting for results before your follow-up?
Then only start your follow-up once you have them. That way, your dermatologist assesses your skin and your blood values in one go instead of in two rounds. Read "When should I schedule my follow-up?"
