You choose how quickly you want to receive a reply. The faster it is, the more you pay. Sending a consultation takes a few minutes and can be done at any time, day or night.
The three options

With the two fastest options, the hours simply keep running, including at weekends. With the five-working-day option, weekends and public holidays do not count.
When the clock starts
Only at the moment your consultation is complete, meaning with your photos and your completed description. Not when you created your account.
If something is still missing, your consultation has not started. And if your dermatologist asks you for an extra photo or more explanation, they are waiting for you. Replying quickly therefore keeps your file moving.
Where your reply ends up
You receive an email as soon as your dermatologist has replied, but the treatment plan itself is always in your consultation. We never send medical advice by email, because your treatment plan is part of your medical record.
If you have received an email and cannot find the advice, look in your consultation and not in your mailbox.
If the deadline has passed
