There is only one Skindr account per email address. If a letter went wrong when you signed up, your consultation and payment end up on an address that does not actually exist. All our emails go there, and you cannot log in to read your treatment plan.
This happens often and it can be fixed. We only need two pieces of information.
Find the address of your consultation
Search your mailbox for “Skindr”. If you received a payment confirmation from Skindr, that is the address of your account. If you received nothing, the email probably went to the address with the typo.
Cannot find a confirmation anywhere? Then look for the payment on your bank statement. The reference begins with TRA. The date of the payment is also the date your account was created.
Check for likely typos. The typos we see most often are .vom instead of .com and lve.be instead of live.be. Also check whether you may have used a work address.
What to send us
Email us at [email protected]:
the address you paid with, or the payment reference that begins with TRA
the address you actually want to use
We will transfer your consultation to the correct account. Your treatment plan, your photos and your medical history will then be together in one place. You lose nothing and you will certainly not pay again.
Why we cannot do this on your name alone
Your consultation is part of your medical file, so we only transfer it when we are sure it belongs to you.
The email address of the payment is what allows us to establish that. We do not search by your name or your national register number.
Do you only want to read your treatment plan?
Then first read “I can't log in”. That often solves it without anything needing to be transferred.
